Coach of the Month

Sharrock Cobb - Clarksville High School

Sharrock Cobb

Clarksville High School's new Head Coach, Sharrock Cobb, is not new to the school. He graduated from Clarksville in 1994, where he spent four years wrestling under Jeff Jordan. Wrestling at 125# in '94, he was a Region VII Champion and placed 4th in the TSSAA State tournament. His devotion to his alma mater began as an undergraduate at APSU in '94 and '95, during which time he was the Frosh Coach. Coach Cobb left Clarksville in '96 to coach at Fort Campbell High School. He later returned to his prior position as Clarksville's Frosh Coach and became the assistant Coach under Jordan in 1997. No doubt about it, he has taken control of the program and currently entertains a 19 - 3 dual record for his team. The fans, parents and athletes are very proud that he did choose to return.
